FIFI

Someday
When I grow too old to dream
I will sit beside this open hearth
And call your name

Remembering through tears
This gentlest creature
Resting at my feet

From deep within
The greying embers
Smouldering into night

A final spark

And you
Fifi
That last
Dancing
Flame
